IMPACT is the political action arm of the Warren Education Association and Fitzgerald Education Association. It is governed by its own board of trustees, who are elected by WEA and FEA members to alternating two-year terms. They make decisions about supporting candidates and issues that impact all or our lives as public education employees. Our 2025-2027 IMPACT PAC Drive underway. Your IMPACT Trustees are recommending a $120 per member contribution cover the entire 2-year cycle.

Alternatively, members may choose to make contribution directly to IMPACT:
- Log in to ENGAGE
- Click on “My Account”
- Then click on “My Account/Pay”
- Then click on the BLUE “Contribute Now” button. This button may say “Pay Now” if a dues balance is owed. If a dues balance is owed and you only desire to make a PAC contribution, you can select the box labeled “Only make a contribution at this time”
- Enter the amount of the contribution to be made next to the box labeled “IMPACT (PAC) Contributions – Warren Education Association” (Enter 120.00 to make the full recommended contribution.)
- Select or enter the Payment Method information
- Be sure to click “Confirm” at the bottom of this screen once all information is entered.
- Then on the next scree that pops up, review the information and click “Make Payment”
